This month, we are proud to feature Don Hanson, a service advisor at Service King's Thunderbird repair center in Peoria, AZ. Don celebrates his 20-year anniversary this month.

What Do You Enjoy Most About Service King?  The family feel

What Do You Consider Your Greatest Career Accomplishment? 
I had a customer stop in the other day, in town from Kansas. We had put a frame on his 2017 F-150. He just stops by to say hello and see how things are going. He thanked us again for the awesome job we had done last year. Making people happy in a not so enjoyable situation always feels good.  

If You Could Provide Advice to a New Service King Teammate, What Would it Be? Treat all customers like they are an old friend

What Do You Enjoy Doing Outside of Work? 
Spending time with family. I have a wonderful wife Channon, and four great children. Alec, Emma, Bryce and Brooke. We spend most of our time with club Basketball and Dance. So we stay very busy. And if you ask my wife, she will tell you I have a problem with buying shoes. LOL. 

What is Your Favorite Memory as a Service King Teammate? All the great friends I have made
