Brent McKinney, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

A tenured Service King executive, Brent McKinney, is directly responsible for strategic planning in order to meet the company’s operational goals.

After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and minor in Marketing from the Southeastern Oklahoma State University, McKinney spent 10 years in the automobile insurance claims business, holding positions from adjusting claims to management.

He joined Service King in 2000. McKinney managed three different Service King locations over the following six years and in 2006 joined the Service King Support Center working in the operations department as Regional Manager over eight Dallas-Fort Worth locations.

In March of 2011, McKinney accepted the challenge of assembling a team to develop the San Antonio market through the acquisition of an eight-location collision repair operation to compliment the company’s success in the DFW and Houston markets.

McKinney’s responsibilities include: Business acquisition and new location scouting in the DFW market; Strategic business planning to meet expansion effort goals and objectives; Financial planning through forecasting and return on investment strategies; Building relationships with Insurance partners; New business development and vendor relationships; Promoting Service King; Planning in order to meet corporate goals; Responsible for maintaining the quality, service and pricing for our business partners and customers; Maintaining operational standards; Implementing the Service King culture in a new market to maintain consistency within the organization.
