CHRIS ABRAHAM, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Chris Abraham is a visionary leader charged with building a strong infrastructure and foundation for growth. Under his direction, Service King is poised to become the premier provider of collision repair and the most respected and recognized brand in the industry.

Abraham graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of North Texas, before joining the Service King organization as a Service Advisor in 1995. In 1997, with his sights squarely set on management, Chris was named General Manager over several locations.

In December of 2008, Abraham was promoted to Vice President of Operations and was charged with assembling a team to develop the Houston market with the goal of having a multi-location collision repair operation to compliment the company’s success in the DFW market. Under his leadership, a group of over 350 teammates was developed, with 12 facilities producing more than $70 million in collision repair services in three years throughout Houston.

His success didn't go unnoticed and Abraham was named President of Service King in January 2012 as part of a succession plan for the transition of Service King to private equity partner, The Carlyle Group. In this role, he continued his goals of developing new market opportunities for growth as well as identifying and developing the leadership team.

He was elevated to CEO in August of 2012 and in 2014, premier global investment and advisory firm, Blackstone, purchased majority stake in the business. Under Abraham's leadership, Service King has grown from 47 locations across Texas in 2012, to 309 locations in 23 states today.

One of Abraham's greatest accomplishments has been the development of a talented and tenured leadership team. With this team in place Service King is executing its national expansion & industry leading performance plan. Under that leadership, Service King was tabbed by the Dallas Business Journal in 2015 as the No. 3 fastest growing DFW-based Middle Market businesses.

Service King continues to pace the collision repair industry in customer satisfaction, growth and innovation.
