Jeff McFadden is a veteran Service King executive recognized for countless accomplishments that have directly contributed to the growth of the organization into a national leader in the collision repair industry. With more than 25 years of experience across nearly every level of the organization, McFadden has been a vital component of the robust strategic growth and development of Service King. As President, he continues to play an integral role in the momentum of the executive leadership team as they execute Service King’s ongoing national growth strategy.

McFadden’s Service King tenure dates back to 1988 when he joined the team as a Service Advisor at the company’s Mesquite, Texas location. By 1992 he was elevated to General Manager and shortly thereafter charged with opening Service King’s new Plano, Texas location. As a rising leader in the organization, McFadden went on to successfully manage multiple Service King locations across the Dallas area en route to being named Vice President of Operations in 1997. Under his leadership, Service King went on to double in size over the next five years with seven new locations during that span.

By 2001, McFadden transitioned into the role of Vice President of Sales & Marketing where his visionary efforts were fundamental in the development of Service King’s well-known brand image recognizable across the industry today. In 2002, he was successful in establishing the infrastructure of Service King’s Customer Care Center, which has become a vital element in communicating with customers and managing workloads between all locations. He is also responsible for instituting Service King’s Customized Management Solutions “CMS,” an innovative offering to the insurance industry where his team manages the claims process and provides one-on-one support for select insurance accounts. McFadden has also been immensely engaged in the cultivation and sustainability of all national insurance relationships.

In 2010, McFadden advanced to Executive Vice President before ultimately being named to his current role as President of Service King in 2012. He has been heavily involved in all aspects of Service King’s mergers & acquisitions resulting in its explosive national expansion. He collaborates with CEO, Chris Abraham, along with Executive Vice President of Operations, Brent McKinney and the executive leadership team to ensure Service King operates at peak performance while continuing to develop into the collision repair provider of choice across the industry today.
