As a Service Advisor Associate, you will learn to examine vehicle for collision related damage and document the time and effort required to repair and refinish vehicle to pre-accident condition in accordance with industry standards and insurance company guidelines.
Responsible for performing clerical, accounting, secretarial and /or administrative duties including answering phones, scheduling repairs, typing correspondence, preparing reports, data entry, billing, and filing. Office Coordinators should possess strong customer service and organizational skills.
Prepare and refinish automobiles according to industry standards and factory specifications. Mixes paint to match color specifications and follows OEM standards for blending formulas, top coat application and curing.
Responsible for parts department and parts personnel. Oversees parts ordering, receiving and returns. Ensures proper pricing of parts and serves as a reference for proper parts usage and laws and regulations regarding parts installation.
Provides customer support to users of the Customer Care Center (including customers, shop personnel, and insurance partners) to maximize sales revenue generated through capturing sales leads. Responds to incoming inquiries as well as making outbound calls related to scheduling. Call Center teammates possess strong interpersonal and time management skills.
