Deliver professional, accurate and efficient assistance to customers, insurance carriers and vendors. Assist customers with general collision repair inquiries and scheduling vehicles for repair.
Prepares vehicle for repair process by pre-washing vehicle as well as detailing and final washing prior to customer pick up.
Contribute to corporate goals in the areas of service, profit and operational efficiency. The success of a General Manager is predominantly based on his/her ability to influence, motivate and develop his/her staff.
Responsibilities include service and repair of all automotive equipment, troubleshooting, analysis of vehicle failure, engine R&I and keeping vehicles and equipment at a high level of service and safety.
Responsible for performing clerical, accounting, secretarial and/or administrative duties including answering phones, scheduling repairs, typing correspondence, preparing reports, data entry, billing and filing.
Responsible for complete refinish process of vehicle.
Performs all vehicle prep work for the refinish and assembly process.
Assists the Parts Manager in the ordering, receiving, storing, distributing, and documenting of all parts for the collision repair shop.
