JEFF MCFADDEN is a veteran Service King executive with more than 30 years of collision repair industry experience. He was named President in 2012 as part of Service King’s robust national expansion and continues to serve as a key executive team member overseeing numerous functions across the organization.

Since joining Service King in 1988, McFadden has played a central role in growing
the company from three Texas locations into one of the most respected and recognizable collision repair brands in the world.

In six years under McFadden’s leadership as President, Service King has grown by more than 600 percent while adding more than 290 repair centers to its network. During that time, Service King’s successful national expansion earned the investment interest of global private equity management firm Blackstone in one of the most significant deals executed in collision repair industry history.

As President, his visionary and thoughtful leadership continue to fuel an array of strategic initiatives including the Service King brand, alignment with major auto manufacturers and partnership with key insurance providers.

McFadden’s trademark leadership ability stems from an impressive operations background where he quickly rose from managing Service King locations to Vice President of Operations early in his career. That keen insight and authentic connection to the heart of Service King’s business continue to play an integral role in molding the company into the industry’s Multi-Shop Operator (MSO) of Choice today.

Indicative of his vision, Service King successfully closed on its very first acquisition outside the borders of Texas just 39 days after he took on the role of President. Since then, McFadden has been paramount in developing and honing Service King’s reputation across the industry through his oversight of the team’s business development and advertising departments – to name a few.

Throughout his career, McFadden has served in additional executive roles, including Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing in the early 2000s and the organization’s Executive Vice President. He was instrumental in the launch of Service King’s first Customer Call Center, and Customized Management Solutions (CMS) and Compliance platforms which paved the way for Service King’s trusted relationship with leading national insurance providers.

He is also a strong and consistent advocate for the industry. In 2017, McFadden was sought out to speak to a global audience at the IBIS Global Summit in Madrid, Spain regarding Service King’s ambitious e orts to train the next generation of skilled workers through the company’s growing Apprentice Development Program.

McFadden is also passionate toward Service King’s philanthropic e orts. He helped launch Service King Cares, the community outreach arm of the organization. In 2016, Service King Cares raised more than $750,000 for nearly 100 local non-pro t organizations – while McFadden is also an active supporter of McKinney, Texas-based Samaritan Inn homeless shelter.

McFadden is married to his wife, Stephanie, of over 20 years with two daughters and resides in Fairview, Texas. He is a proud Dallas native.
